Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after your purchase is confirmed. This processing time allows us to carefully prepare your items and ensure their quality.


How Long Does Shipping Take?

After processing, your order will be shipped to your specified address.

Standard shipping usually takes between 7-14 business days dependent on your location for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

Please note that factors such as your location, shipping method, and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times. Rest assured, we will always work to minimize any delays. 

If it has been more than 4 weeks and you have not received your order, please contact us.

Shipping Methods:

We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, premium, and priority shipping, depending on your preferences and requirements. Shipping costs will vary based on the chosen method. If you have selected Priority + Insured shipping as your shipping method, you will be given an option to have your order be either reshipped or refunded if the order somehow get's lost in transit. If you selected our "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing" shipping methods, we will also reship your package if it get's lost in transit to your destination.

 
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Kawaii Closet is not liable if you use an incorrect address during the checkout process. Please be sure to use your correct billing and shipping address before deciding to place your order. If we have made any error, then we will take responsibility for the original order you placed at no charge.
